Name: Shimaku ( a.k.a. Death Coil )

Length: 196 meters long

Weight: 8000 metric tons

Bio: In time primordial, when the mistakes of man had yet to scar the earth, death took the form of a great serpent. When an animal became too powerful for the planet to sustain, the serpent would strike and then return to its slumber. Ages past and man began to form his empires. The scales began to tilt and so did the great serpent wake, to strike down mans pride and shatter his ambition. Rome fell and war spread throughout the world, the serpent made its way west and the plague followed. Leaving an age of darkness in its wake the great serpent weaved its way through fable and legend. Across the sea and finally deciding to sleep once more in what is known today Shikoku Japan. An elderly monk was its only witness as it slithered back into the depths of the earth. Every other human being in its path having been eaten or flattened in its path. Thus it gained a name, Shimaku, the coils that bring death.

Many years have passed... Man has rose to terrifying new heights and the world is being ravaged by the living incarnations of their folly. It seemed that man had created their own wardens but something was amiss. One of the titans had grown too strong, its will and power dominating its peers one by one. An imbalance was growing and now Shimaku emerges once again. Ageless and immortal, the great serpent hunts again; Its target clear and growing closer...

Stats: Shimaku, despite his animalistic appearance, is highly intelligent. Possesssing a cold and analtyical mind that only a brillant sociapath could match. Cool and calculating, the giant serpent has had untold centuries to devise strategies to slay his enemies.
Being a snake, Shimaku's reflexes are incredibly sharp and he is lightning fast on level ground. Thus his perfered method of attack is that of a hit-and-run. Striking his foes where it hurts then zipping back out of harms reach or behind cover. If his opponent has the advantage,Shimaku will retreat in order to devise a plan better suited for the situation. Only when he is pressed or backed into a corner will Shimaku show the only emotion he has ever had: rage. In this state he will fight to the end, Intent on bringing death to his foe; even if it means joining him.
Shimaku, while immortal, is not invincible and can die via injury or complete destruction. Though, if he were to die, the earth may create another if the need becomes great enough. He does need to eat when active and because of his last two awakenings, perfers human prey as they are both his primary targets and plentiful beyond reason.

Strengths:
- Being nearly as old as the earth itself, Shimaku is an extremely experienced fighter and generally knows where to do the most damage.

- Shimaku's fangs are equipped with a lethal venom that kills nerve cells and induces paralysis. Given a high enough dosage the victim will eventually suffer complete nervous system failure...Unless said victim can regenerate cells at an extremely fast rate...

- Shimaku's reflexes and land speed are incredible, capable of moving on land at excess of 125 MPH.

- Scales are resistant to convential weaponry.

-The black belly scales are are ecspecially so, capable of surviving several bunker buster missiles in succession.

-The top scales are highly reflective and can reflect all manner of energy attacks away from Shimaku or sometimes in the case of beam attacks, back to their source.

- Scales covering the face and the spines along both sides of his body as well as the tip of his tail are as hard as diamond and along with his fangs, are his primary weapons and more than capable of piercing flesh and bone.

-The spines on his sides and tail can extend to up to three times their normal length, making Shimaku's attacks all that more damaging. Even more so if he ever managed to wrap himself around his opponent.

Weaknesses:

- Being a snake, Shimaku's eye sight is not too good and he is effectively near sighted he relies mostly on vibrations and heat vision via the heat pits at the front of his face to locate his enemy and get around, his hearing isn't too great ethier so attacks from above can catch him unawares.

- While he can tolerate it, Shimaku dislikes sunlight and high temperatures, choosing to move at night or the after noon if he can help it, if the weather is hot.

- While his back and belly can repel energy and physical attacks respectively, they do not stand up so well vice-versa. His sides are the most vulnerable.

- Normally calm and collected, if Shimaku is induced into a rage he becomes ten times more agressive but is also reckless and heedless of any danger as he relentlessly seeks to kill his enemy.
